It's actually not in HD. The 16 mbps bitrate from the screen shot are null packets. I do think they are moving towards HD in the near future.

To XHDTV as they haven't gone HD yet. Hopefully the Cablecos will carry this new signal but it probably wont be for a while.

WHAT screen shot? No screen shot appears in this thread.

Signal strength and XHDTV-TDT is from Mt. San Antoino in Tijuana and not Cerro Bola in Valle De Las Palmas, south of Tecate.

Pretty pathetic since the station's call letters have HDTV in it that they don't broadcast their network programming in HD.
