The following appeared in the UT Legal Section May 18/19:

Cox Communications announces the following change to the channel lineup in our San Diego North and South service areas: effective on or about June 19, 2013. Cox Communications California will launch KDTF HD on ch. 1136. Televisions and other consumer owned devices equipped with a CableCARD may require a two way capable device or digital receiver in order to receive all programming options offered by Cox.

An even newer Cox legal notice. This one appeared May 25-26 in the UT:

"Cox Communications announces the following change to the channel lineup in our San Diego North and South service areas: Effective on or about June 25, 2013 Cox will offer the following channel exclusively in a digital format: ShopNBC (which will move to ch. 94). This change will require digital equipment (Clear QAM TV, CableCARD or digital receiver) in order to view this channel on any of your television sets. Additionally, Cox will move Paid Programming from ch. 18 to ch. 95 in our San Diego South lineup. Televisions and other consumer owned devices equipped with a CableCARD may require a two way capable device or digital receiver in order to receive all programming options offered by Cox." "Cox Communications announces the following change to the channel lineup in our San Diego North and South service areas: effective on or about August 21, 2013, Cox Communications California will make the following changes. GSN will move from ch. 342 to ch. 76, Hallmark Channel will move from ch. 343/1343 to ch. 74/1074 and Hallmark Movie Channel will move from ch. 312/1312 to ch. 75/1075. All channels will remain in a digital format and require a CableCARD or digital receiver to view and will now be part of the Cox TV Essential service. GSN will also be added to the Cox TV Economy package. Televisions and other consumer owned devices equipped with a CableCARD may require a two way capable device or digital receiver in order to receive all programming options offered by Cox. Pub: 7/18/13"

Televisions and other consumer owned devices equipped with a CableCARD may require a two way capable device or digital receiver in order to receive all programming options offered by Cox. pub: 8/03/2013."

"Cox Communications announces the following change to the channel lineup in our San Diego North and South service areas: effective on or about August 17, 2013, Speed (ch. 67/1067) will convert to Fox Sports 1(FS1) and Fuel TV (ch. 315) will convert to Fox Sports 2(FS2). On or about September 2, 2013 Fox Soccer Channel (ch. 326/1326) will convert to FXX. Televisions and other consumer owned devices equipped with a CableCARD may require a two way capable device or digital receiver in order to receive all programming options offered by Cox. pub 8/03/13."

"Cox Communications announces the following changes to the channel lineup in our San Diego North and South service areas service area: effective on or about Oct 10, 2013. Cox Communications California will move Team1 HD to ch. 1651 and launch Team 2-9 HD (Sports Pay-Per-View Package Channels) on ch. 1652 - ch. 1659. Televisions and other consumer owned devices equipped with a CableCARD may require a two way capable device or digital receiver in order to receive all programming options offered by Cox. pub: 8/31/13"

Effective on or about October 28, 2013, Cox Communications California will launch the following channel: Fusion (ch. 362). "Cox Communications announces the following change to the channel lineup in our San Diego service areas. Effective on or about February 18, 2015, Cox Communications California will launch Inspiration Network (ch. 153) as part of our Faith & Values Pak. Additionally, Cox will add HLN to TV Economy and Encore Espanol to El Mix service at the same time. Televisions and other consumer owned devices equipped with a CableCARD may require a two way capable device or digital receiver in order to receive all programming options offered by Cox. The following appeared in the UTSanDiego legal section on 3/31/2015:

"NOTICE Cox is currently negotiating with The Tennis Channel (320/1320) to receive their signals on our video channel lineup. We are optimistic new agreements will be reached prior to their current expiration dates so that there is no disruption to our customers. However Cox is providing this required notice to customers of potential changes to the channel lineup."

NOTICE Cox Communications announces the following changes. To provide you with the best TV viewing experience, on or about July 1, 2015 Cox will be making the following changes to our TV lineup. H2 HD (channel 1361) will be added to our Sports & Information Pak; will be. All of these changes will happen automatically. These channels will be available to customers who subscribe to each package and receive their service with a compatible Cox digital receiver or CableCARD.
